What clients told us

“We’ve had the pleasure of working with Para Flooring twice, ten years apart, and both experiences were wonderful. The first time, we worked primarily with Titus; more recently, with his son Naum. A decade later, the same craftsmanship, care, and professionalism were still there.

There’s something special about working with people who take such pride in their craft. From Titus’s hilarious stories to the care they took with our floors and our 140-year-old Victorian home, the experience felt personal from start to finish. They bring an old-world craftsmanship that’s hard to find, and we couldn’t be happier with their work. When we need flooring work again, we know exactly who we’ll call.”

“Naum and his Dad, Titus, were our absolute favorite subs on our entire project. Their professionalism, rich knowledge and experience with flooring, and customer-first posture from our very first meeting set them apart from anyone else we’ve worked with. That all carried through every step in the process including giving us many sample visuals to decide from (6 different stains and sealer combinations)! Then the install, which was equally exceptional, detailed and customized in every way. They were tidy on the job site and thoroughly communicative regarding what to expect. Our floors are the heart of our home and will be for decades to come based on their incredible care and craftsmanship. Truly feel so lucky to have had them on our job and cannot praise and recommend Naum and the Para Flooring crew enough!”

“I have had an amazing experience over the ten years that I have known Titus and his son Naum. They are very honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and their quality of work is outstanding. I have had them work on multiple flooring projects. I highly recommend Titus and Naum.”

“We have used Para flooring for almost 15 years. They are a true team and provide exceptional service and quality work.”

“Para Flooring did an exceptional job with our flooring project - sanding and refinishing approx 6,000 sq ft of walnut floors with significant damage from our dogs' toenails. They took great care to help us choose the color and finish, providing us with samples in several different rooms, and we did need to adjust after that. They worked cleanly and meticulously, even finishing a little earlier than projected. Outstanding customer service - Titus and Naum made sure that we were satisfied every step of the way, and we would use them again in a heartbeat! We love our refinished floors! They were not the low bid for our job, but we believe they were worth every penny! And they love dogs!”

“Over multiple projects in recent years, have found Para Flooring to be the single most reliable, professional, and skilled group we have ever worked with. Others in the industry view their work as a commodity – pushing jobs through as quickly as possible without a long-term view of quality and durability. But this kind of work is more art than science – and Para has the pride and skill of craftsmen who communicate knowledgeably and deeply understand the work and how it matters in the lives of the people with whom they engage. Highest possible recommendation!”
